The US President Donald trump has signed a decree that restored the rules of free trade for certain goods of Ukrainian origin.
As stated in the document, trump decided to cancel the suspension of duty-free trade for certain Ukrainian goods, for Ukraine “provided adequate and effective protection of intellectual property rights”.
The decision comes into force five days after publication. What kind of products will be affected, the document said.
Earlier it was reported that the restrictions concerned 155 products, including chocolate, scopes, mushrooms and deodorants.
It is noted that duty-free treatment for certain goods from Ukraine were suspended in December 2017. The US President was concerned, as kept in Ukraine protection of intellectual property rights.
