In Ukraine from December 1, 2019 came into force new government building regulations.
From now on, in particular, allowed to build public facilities in high-rise residential on the floors above the 3rd, according to the website of the Ministry of regional development. Previously public institutions to be embedded only on the first three floors of multi-storey residential buildings and on the top floor.
Also new GOS abolished the mandatory design of the stations in the rent. Now the new requirement is the presence of at least one loudspeaker for the whole building (for emergency information). The new rules also reglamentary mandatory the design of elevators in buildings with at least 4 floors. Earlier elevators was mandatory in buildings of 5 floors.
In addition, following the European requirements, now allowed to design only energy-efficient housing is not below the “C” class. As previously reported, the Ukrainians from 1 December 2019 changed the rules of the apartment layouts.
