The government resolution envisages reducing gas standards.
In Ukraine came into force the decision of the Cabinet about the decline in standards of gas to consumers without meters – decree No. 63 of January 30, 2019, informs Rus.Media.
In the text of postanovleniya States: for consumers who do not have a gas meter, but has a gas stove and centralized hot water supply, reduce the rate from 9.8 to 3.3 cubic meters per person per month.
In that case, if the Central hot water and gas water heater no rate reduce from 18 to 5.4 cubic meters.
When using a gas stove and water heater – 23.6 cubic metres to 10.5 square metres.
The decree stipulates that the gas companies are prohibited to charge the debt of Ukrainians for gas, which has arisen due to the cancellation of previously existing norms of consumption.
As we previously reported, according to Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman, the state company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” is obliged to install gas meters to all domestic gas consumers in the country at their own expense.
