Have a little try, but the result is worth it.
- Yogurt – 1 Cup
- Egg – 1 PC, informs Rus.Media.
- Dry yeast – 10 g
- Flour – 3 cups
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil (olive) 1 tbsp (for dough)
- Water – 1/2 Cup
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Oil – for deep frying
Heated the buttermilk until warm (about 40 degrees), about 40-50 seconds in the microwave. If you heat yogurt on the stove, make sure make sure it is not boiled and not burnt.
Add warm kefir yeast and mix thoroughly. Then add the sugar. Stir and leave the dough to “ferment” for about 20 minutes.
In a bowl sifted flour, add the egg (the flour is better to sift, baursaks will be more soft and tender). This also added a lot of yogurt, yeast and sugar. Add salt, dissolved in water, and one tablespoon of oil.
Knead the dough thoroughly, cover it, better not cap and towel so that the dough can breathe, and leave aside for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes abenaim the dough and leave it for 1 hour.
We divide the dough into equal size balls, they leave for another 20 minutes.
Well heat oil in a frying pan with high sides or in a saucepan and baursaks fry in oil until light Golden brown.
Take out ready baursaks, put them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
