Ukraine is recognized as one of the poorest countries in Europe. This follows from the results of the study, which was conducted by the company nedviga-pro. In particular, experts have compared, how much real estate the average citizen will be able to rent or buy on his salary in Ukraine and in the EU.

The highest net salary in Denmark – 2588 euros. Next on the list Germany (2323 euros) and France (2130 euros). The lowest salary in Ukraine – 307 EUR for the second place finish is Bulgaria (590 euros).

You should also pay attention to the percentage of the tax. For example, in Denmark the figure is over 50%, and in Ukraine, was 19.5%.

The table shows that despite a substantial difference in wages, the number of leased months in EU countries are not much different. Only in Germany is more than 2 months, while in Ukraine – less than half a month.

Despite the fact that the cost per square meter in Kiev is one of the cheapest in Europe, the average Ukrainian can buy only 0.25 square metres of housing. That third place finish.
