At a special event in Monte Carlo, which is dedicated to the cult car simulator Gran Turismo, the Italian company Lamborghini has presented a very unusual concept of the supercar, called the V12 Vision Gran Turismo.
It is worth noting that in the beginning of last week, the press service of the company diligently published a teaser on this car.
Shown here is a prototype actually is a single-seat supercar, which will be available for selection in the automotive simulator Gran Turismo Sport in gaming platform PlayStation 4 starting in the spring of next year.
As with most previous similar concepts created for this very popular game from manufacturers such as Jaguar, Bugatti, Hyundai, Zagato and many others, the design of the latest hypercar from Lambo can best be described with the phrase “super-dramatic”.
In fact, it is very difficult to say what the outer element performs the function of a roof, and a door, but at the same time, all in the exterior somehow looks harmonious.
Mitya Borchert, who is Director of the center for design of Lamborghini, said in his interview: “Lambo V12 Vision Gran Turismo was developed in order to become the best virtual machine that ever existed for all young gamers and fans of our automotive brand.
The creation of such a car is a great opportunity for our designers to Express themselves.”
The V12 concept Vision Gran Turismo will get electrified powertrain as the one presented recently supercar Sian. The technical details of a novelty at the moment the data is currently unknown, but I note that at the same Sian has a 6.5-liter atmospheric V12 engine with 48-volt mild hybrid system, the total capacity is 819 horsepower.
The first ever hybrid car Lambo accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and a top speed limited to 350 km/h.
