The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia promised a tough response to new U.S. sanctions.
This is stated in the commentary of the Russian foreign Ministry , reports Rus.Media.
“Of course, we will not leave the current and any new anti-Russian attack without a hard response. However, first of all, I would like to recommend Washington to get rid of the illusion that we can speak the language of sanctions,” – said the Russian foreign Ministry.
The Ministry said that “no measures of pressure will not turn Russia to the chosen course.”
“They only demonstrate the inability of the U.S. to achieve their goals and consolidate Russian society”, – said in a statement.
Moscow declares that “the continuous use of sanctions, including to eliminate such administrative methods of competitors in foreign markets, Washington actually wrote himself into the opponents of the market economy and free and fair competition.”
Recall, the US has imposed new sanctions on 24 Russian businessmen and officials, as well as against financial institutions, public and private companies associated with the Kremlin.
To the sanctions list, in particular, were billionaire Oleg Deripaska and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of group of companies “Renova” Viktor Vekselberg, which, according to Forbes, is the richest man in Russia.
