  • Corn flour – 1 tbsp
  • Cocktail prawns – a handful
  • Onion – 1 PC.
  • Vegetable oil

How to cook a lean Breakfast:

  1. Peel potatoes and grate. Press to leave the excess fluid.
  2. Saute onions in large quantity of vegetable oil, then put it in grated potatoes, add the starch, flour, salt, pepper, stir it all.
  3. Heat the pan vegetable oil and a tablespoon put the potato mixture, forming pancakes out of it.
  4. On top of the pancakes place the small shrimp, gently rubbing them into the potatoes. Flip and fry the other side. Reduce heat, cover the pan with a lid and hold the hash Browns for 7 minutes.
