What we need:

  • 1 can of sardines in oil
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 200 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 60 g of black olives
  • 1 tbsp wine vinegar
  • lettuce
  • Basil leaf
  • olive oil
  • ground black pepper
  • oregano

Preparation:

Prepare a deep bowl. Put on the bottom of the lettuce leaves. Remove the sardines from the cans and put them on top.

Dice the cucumber, pepper and tomato. Cut in half cherry tomatoes. Put the vegetables in a bowl and add the olives. Cut the feta cubes and put on top. Pour salad oil and vinegar, pepper, add oregano and then lightly mix the ingredients.
