This is not to challenge a tiger to the race as Michael Phelps has recently been able to rub the fins of a shark. But to put on his sneakers and move a little to save these beautiful felines.
The zoo of Amnéville, Lorraine, organises the second edition of the charity run “Run for tigers”on Sunday morning.
The purpose of the game? Run six miles through the wildlife park of lorraine. The money raised by entries to the race will be donated to the association Awely, which works for the protection of the tiger in a natural environment.
This year, 700 riders are expected. Therefore, an envelope with 7,000 euros will be paid to the association.
