The five-star Shangri-La hotel is located in the heart of Paris, 600 metres from the Eiffel tower. The hotel is a mansion built in 1896, the former residence of the nephew of Napoleon Bonaparte, Prince Roland Bonaparte.
The room decor was made by famous designer Pierre-Yves Rochon. The interior is more reminiscent of Royal chambers: custom-made furniture, paintings, moldings and crystal chandeliers. You have to sleep on the large four-poster beds and great views of the Eiffel tower, the Seine, the Louvre and Montmartre.
