- salted herring – 2 PCs.;

- potatoes – 4 tuber;

- garlic – 3 cloves;
- onions – 1 head;
- mayonnaise – 75 g;
- salt and ground black pepper – to taste;

Preparing a salad with herring and smoked cheese:
Potatoes wash and boil until tender in salted water. Then cool tubers to room temperature, peel and chop on a grater with large holes. Put the grated potatoes in a salad bowl or a La carte dishes.
