Given the magnitude of the convoy, which consisted of thirty vehicles, the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) had to escort to ensure the good conduct of the maneuver.

Posters anti-vaccine, “anti-5G” or “anti-massacre-economic” could be seen as members of the group took the floor on the roof of their vehicle.

Thirty-eight of these new patients come from the National Capital, including five at the Jeffery Hale hospital, bringing the total of people infected to 720 on the territory.

The situation appears to be relatively in control in Québec since more than half of the cases of COVID-19 are cured. Idem in Chaudière-Appalaches, while 213 of 367 cases recovered.

“The spread of the virus is now low in the community of the National Capital. Today, it is 391 people who have healed from all those who have been infected”, said Francois Desbiens, regional director of public health of the CIUSSS of the National Capital.
