Two young people, with multiple backgrounds, were arrested on Tuesday around 9:30 am, rue Chazière in Lyon (4th), which made it possible to solve the burglary, during the night, of a crèche in rue Hénon.
A resident, intrigued by the suspicious behavior of these two individuals, who were circling around a house on rue Niepce, alerted the police.
A crew, quickly on site, spotted them rue Chazière, where they were arrested. They were old acquaintances, since one of them, aged 17, has 51 criminal records, some of which resulted in him being imprisoned in the Meyzieu juvenile prison.
The sidekick has 19 backgrounds
The other, aged 18 and from the 9th arrondissement, has 19 backgrounds.
They were in possession of screwdrivers, gloves and pliers, as well as a hundred Técély tickets. The adult also held a driver’s license resulting from a theft from a trailer committed on December 10 in Lyon (4th).
The investigation established that the tickets came from the burglary of a day nursery on rue Hénon, committed a few hours earlier, of which the suspects denied being the perpetrators.
The minor was presented to the children’s judge on Thursday and the adult, left free, will be tried in September.
