The Trust of the cultural heritage of the Augustinians and the Monastery of The Augustinian have recently obtained a grant of 72 500 $ in the framework of the program FUAC, the emergency Fund for the support of the community, funded by the government of Canada. Thanks to this financial assistance, the nursing staff of first line is directly affected by the current pandemic will be able to benefit from programs of respite and relaxation, specially designed to meet their needs. Congratulations to Mrs. Jeanne D’arc Roy (Morin), who today celebrates his 100th birthday. Born July 23, 1920 and married to a farmer, she has lived in Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon, all his life. Widowed at 50 years, it has had a full life and was much involved in her community with groups of the golden Age, the Cercle des Fermières, Daughters of Isabelle, and canadian Women. Mrs. Roy (photo) has had 9 children, 23 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren. She currently resides at the CHSLD Mont-Marie, Lévis, where the best care is provided. The whole great family of Morin and Roy, is very proud of the new centenary.

A nice support
