Moody’s confirmed “positive” rating of the Cabinet
International rating Agency Moody’s Investors Service has upgraded the rating Outlook of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from “stable” to “positive”. About it reports a press-service of the Ministry of economic development, trade and agriculture.
In particular, the report notes that the long-term Issuer and senior unsecured loans of Ukraine affirmed Caa1.
The experts expressed the opinion concerning application of the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky on the return of their property in the state of “PrivatBank” and how this relates to the fact that the IMF Mission once again left Kiev, and didn’t sign a new agreement with the new government. Also the interviewed experts suggested how the situation could develop around (not)return “PrivatBank” in the future.
In addition, we wrote about the fact that one of the most influential rating agencies S&P Global Ratings upgraded long-term credit rating of Kiev to “b” from “b-“, with stable Outlook.
