Since December 26, 30,248 Ile-de-France residents have been vaccinated against Covid-19. Ile-de-France leads the number of vaccinations.
Elderly people living in nursing homes, caregivers or home helpers over the age of 50 … This January 11, more than 30,000 people are already vaccinated against Covid-19 in Ile-de-France, according to figures unveiled on Monday by the Ministry of Health. Specifically, 30,248 Ile-de-France residents have received the vaccine since December 26, the date of the start of the vaccination campaign.
This number places Ile-de-France at the top of the regions having the most vaccinated their population, ahead of New Aquitaine (18,841 people vaccinated) and Occitanie (12,582). In France, a little over 138,000 people have already vaccinated their population against Covid-19.
After much criticism against the government, the vaccination campaign should gradually accelerate in Ile-de-France with the gradual opening of new centers and the expansion of access to the vaccine to people over 75 years old from next Monday 18 January 18.
