The first President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev set the task to continue the work on accession of the Republic among the 30 most developed countries of the world, informs “Interfax”.
“The task of further guidance, the future of the team is to continue our business. Program 2050 suggests that we by 2050 should enter the top 30 developed countries of the world. We steadily go, the plan before us lies”, – said Nazarbayev at the plenary session of the 12 th Astana economic forum in Nur-Sultan.
The country has all the resources including human to do it, he said. “We have opportunities, we have trained staff, so I think it will focus the future work of the future leaders of Kazakhstan”, – said the head of State.
Earlier, Nazarbayev stated that he would support new head of state after the election to ensure the peaceful transit of power.
