The NBA will give the permission to the players to not play the rest of the season 2019-2020 if they signify their intention to withdraw by 24 June.

At least that is what the the Athletic has advanced, Tuesday. If a player stays at home because his medical condition is a risk factor in the face of the COVID-19 according to team doctors, he will receive no loss of pay. Without medical rationale, the players will lose a little more than 1% of their salary for each meeting missed. In all cases, no disciplinary action will be taken against these players.

The commissioner of circuit, Don Garber, had already indicated that it fully supported the protest movement of social opposition to racial inequalities.
