The national Bank of Ukraine (NBU) is ready to give PayPal a license to work in the Ukrainian market. However, the company is not yet in a hurry to enter the Ukrainian market. This was stated by Director of Department of licensing of the NBU Alexander Bevz, the press service of the regulator.
Problems associated with the release of PayPal on the Ukrainian market, are not the regulatory field of the national Bank. Bevz said that if PayPal wants to handle, according to forecasts will very quickly get the registration here.
However, he noted that now there are a number of factors that lead to the fact that the company has decided not yet to enter the Ukrainian market. However, to clarify on what exactly the nuances in question, he did not, only noting that the Cabinet pays great attention to the introduction of PayPal.
