A new invoice inserted United States Representative Don Beyer of Virginia has proposed a far-reaching legal and regulatory framework for digital assets across the board.

Titled “The Structure of the Digital Asset Market and the Investor Protection Act of 2021,” the bill touches on virtually every major gray area that continues to exist regarding cryptocurrencies in the US context.
