North Korea apologizes after shooting South Korean man

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has apologized for the murder of a South Korean in his territorial waters, the presidential office in Seoul said on Friday, according to the Yonhap news agency.

Kim called the event a “shameful affair” and apologized for “disappointing President Moon Jae-in and the South Koreans,” Yonhap reported citing the Blue House, the South Korean presidency.
