Nutritionists advise to reconsider your diet
Nutritionists said that the habit of combining eggs with other foods, can adversely affect health. About it writes “Today”.
Workers at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, said that the traditional morning eggs do not combine with familiar products, such as bacon or sausage.
They argue that even a small consumption of fried meat for Breakfast can increase the risk of such serious diseases as cancer of the pancreas.
At the same time, experts believe that eggs are a good option for morning meal.
“Eating 50 grams of roasted red meat daily increases the risk of developing pancreatic cancer by 19%. 100 grams of this food (about as much weigh 2 traditional slices of bacon to the scrambled eggs) increase the risk already 40%,” explained nutritionists.
In addition, they recommend that Breakfast boiled eggs and boiled chicken breast instead of bacon and eggs and advise to refrain from fried meals early in the morning, especially if there are meat products.
