  • Beef or veal – 1 kg
  • Onions – 3 PCs.
  • Adjika dry – 0,5 teaspoon
  • Bay leaf – 2 PCs.
  • Black pepper
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Red pepper – 1 PC.
  • Cilantro – 1 bunch


Pour the meat in the pot with water and bring to a boil. Remove foam and reduce heat. Add the onion to peel, Bay leaf, pepper and cook for 3 hours. The bow that is left, cut into thin half-rings. Fill it with vinegar and water to marinate for 10 minutes.

Garlic finely chop. Shred the cilantro. Pepper clean from seeds and cut into small dice.

Remove meat from pot and cut into portions. Squeeze the onions from the marinade. Sprinkle the meat in the portions of the plates with salt and pepper, cheese, onion, garlic, cilantro and peppers.
