Squares with almonds and cranberries
Serving size : 8
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Refrigeration : 2 hours
INGREDIENTS
- ½ Cup of pitted dates
- ¼ Cup water
- ½ Cup of rolled oats
- ½ Cup of vegetable protein, textured
- ¼ Cup sliced almonds
- ¼ Cup dried cranberries
- 2. tbsp of nut butter (almond or peanut)
- The zest of an orange
PREPARATION
- Drop the dates and water in a small dish in the microwave
- Heat it in the microwave for 40 seconds. Remove from the microwave. Using a fork, mash the dates and then integrate the water, until pureed smooth. Pour into a large bowl.
- In this bowl, add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
- Put a piece of parchment on a baking sheet and then place. Spread uniformly to form a square with a thickness of +/- 2 cm.
- Refrigerate at least two hours. Cut into 8 pieces.

- 1 cup of Greek yogurt vanilla
- 2 kiwis, cut into thin slices
- 20 g dried mango chopped
- 2 tbsp coconut filamentée, unsweetened
PREPARATION
- On a baking sheet, place a parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt, and then place the pieces of kiwi, mango and coconut.
- Place in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Use any fruit to add variants. You can also put nuts and chocolate chips.

INGREDIENTS
- ¼ Cup cold water
- 1 sachet of gelatin
- 1 ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt
- ½ Cup orange juice
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ Banana, ripe
- 2 tbsp of ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
PREPARATION
- Drop the water in a dish in the microwave. Heat for 60 seconds.
- Remove from the microwave and then add the packet of gelatin. Mix well and place in the freezer for ten minutes to cool the preparation.
- In a mixer, place the Greek yogurt, orange juice, strawberries, banana, ground flax seeds, and maple syrup. Mix until obtaining a homogeneous preparation.
- Add the preparation of gelatin in the smoothie and mix well. Pour into 4 small containers and then refrigerate for two hours.

Apples of madness

- 4 apples
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup of granola light
PREPARATION
- Remove the core of the apple, taking care to keep it whole.
- Cut the apple in the direction of the width, forming slices of half a centimeter.
- Spread the apple slices with the almond butter and then spread the granola over.
