On the day of elections of the President of Kazakhstan on June 9 in Nur-Sultan and Almaty will limit the flights of unmanned aerial vehicles, RIA “Novosti”.
“In order to provide security will be introduced temporary restrictions on the use of unmanned aircraft airspace over the territories of the cities of Nur-Sultan and Almaty on 9 June 2019 in the period from 04.00 hours to 24.00 hours. Restrictions apply from the earth’s surface to a height of 500 meters”, – stated in the message of the Committee of civil aviation.
Unauthorised flight into the restricted area (including the launch of the drone) entails administrative fine in the amount of 25.3 thousand tenge (USD 66) in respect of a person operating the apparatus, and 50.5 thousand tenge (132 USD) in respect of officers, reminded the CAC.
The restrictions will not affect the operation of the airports in these cities and flights on schedule, added the Committee.
