The plane of the Chilean air force, disappeared from radar screens on the way to Antarctica, crashed. It is reported by RBC-Ukraine citing the press-service of the air force on Twitter.

As noted, there are ongoing searches to find survivors. On Board were 38 people: 17 crew members and 21 passengers. Crashed Board – military transport Lockheed C-130 Hercule.

The statement of the Chilean air force stated that since the loss of radio communications, it took more than seven hours. Soon after his disappearance, the representative military-air forces of the country reported that the C-130 was sufficient fuel to continue flying for several more hours thanks to a local contractor who could fix the communication line, find them here.
