Projects: the Governor Igor Orlov about the prospects of the Arkhangelsk region. EXCLUSIVE

The Governor of the Arkhangelsk region Igor Orlov gave an exclusive interview to TV channel “MIR”. He said, what prospects does the region, the agreement with Nenets Autonomous district on United airlines, as well as “projects Safe and quality roads” and “Young family”.

Igor Orlov: Indeed, we had very bright, I believe the event, assessment will probably be made again and again. Even in the short term. We Nenets Autonomous district are the regions-dolls. You know that an independent entity, part of Arkhangelsk region. It would seem that the related regions, but the message is bad. As a result of those processes, the demand for aviation development in General, Russian aviation, taking into account new ships that appear and are scheduled to appear. Agreed and was able to prepare, to find a compromise solution. It is always difficult. These are the teams property complexes, in the end, the interests of the regions, to agree on the establishment of a joint airline on the basis of these two squadrons.

This breakthrough solution which will reduce the time to run this airline already with licenses, permits, aircraft database, system service, pilots and so on.

Igor Orlov: for us, For inhabitants of the Arkhangelsk region, leadership in the forest industry involves the solution of complex issues. That is, we are not the best in the production Board or some limited range of materials in the forest industry. We properly on the latest technologies with minimal loss of extracted wood, recycle it into modern materials. All wastes are used either as a biofuel or another commercial products. Waste, previously Saharawis in the form of bark and wood waste, today use for their own heat, heat. And our Biocatalysis, for example, in the village of Oktyabrsky Ustyansky district of the Arkhangelsk region is the largest biocatalog working on coretronic waste in Eastern Europe.

But at the same time we have a unique complex of forest seed center, which are planted at least 9 million seedlings that are adapted for subsequent planting in natural conditions and farming in the Northern territory. And we are ready to promptly ramp up to 18 million seedlings of these volumes. This is a very important project, as we understand it, the forest is a renewable resource and it is necessary for us in this full cycle: to use, to run as much as possible without losses and with maximum effect into the economy in the interests of the people. And restore, not to finish this process never.
