The President of Russia Vladimir Putin expressed readiness to meet with his American counterpart Donald trump at the G20 in June, in Osaka Japanese, reports TASS.
“Please, I understand we will have to meet with President trump during “the twenty” in Japan,” Putin said after talks with Austrian President Alexander van der Bellena.
He noted that if Washington is ready to continue contacts, meeting with trump could go “anywhere, including in Vienna.” The Russian leader said the Austrian capital “a good place” for negotiations at the highest level.
In Sochi took place the talks between Putin and van der Bellekom, who arrived in Russia on a working visit. The leaders discussed issues of bilateral relations in various fields. In particular, the President noted the growth of trade turnover between the two countries more than 40%.
