Earlier this week, Realme introduced its new ‘MagDart’ technology, which looks a lot like MagSafe for iPhone 12.
It turns out that the new technology could be much faster than the iPhone 12, as the Realme CEO teased on Twitter.
Faster and slimmer!
Can you guess compared to what charging technology it is #real meIs the MagDart charger 440% faster?

While Sheth didn’t specifically name the iPhone 12 and MagSafe, it really does seem like there is only one charging tech he could be referring to. As we reported earlier this week:
Gizmochina first revealed two new ‘MagDart’ chargers last week, one of which looks identical to the MagSafe charger for iPhone 12. A second charger was also revealed, featuring a much larger square brick design and a built-in fan for cooling. . Realme has now confirmed that its next smartphone will be the first to feature magnetic wireless charging:
While the new MagDart technology had reportedly been confirmed to be more powerful than MagSafe’s 15W and would be the fastest magnetic charger in the world at launch, I don’t think anyone expected MagDart to be 440% faster. Quick.

One big possible caveat here is that there are actually two new Realme chargers, one that is identical to MagSafe, and one that is a massive brick with a cooling fan. It is quite possible that Realme is comparing its larger and more powerful charger to MagSafe, rather than the normal one.
The new Realme Flash phone, which will feature MagDart, will ship with a curved screen, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage.
