Ingredients (for 1 serving):

– tomatoes – 50 g

– eggs – 3 PCs.

– milk – 200 g

– salt – 1 g

– feta – 50 g

– olive oil – 20 g

Method of preparation:

Beat eggs in milk, tomatoes cut into cubes. Pour into a heated pan with a metal handle. Half of the pan pour the tomatoes. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. When the omelet will rise, get it out of the oven and put the pan for a few seconds on the fire to the bottom of the omelet away from the pan.
