First you need to choose quality products. The experts reminded that a classic soup includes potatoes, eggs, cucumbers, radishes, dill, green onion, sour cream for the filling and brew.
For this summer dish, ideal for medium-sized potatoes. It needs to be firm and elastic, does not have an unpleasant smell, dark and green spots, lesions, growths. When buying eggs you should pay attention to the period of manufacture, the manufacturer (who is closer, the better), and storage of eggs. They should be dry, clean and without odors. Green onions and dill, you finely chop and add salt. Packaging of sour cream must be intact, dry and without damage. Classic hash filled with kvass. Brew need to take sour (in any case not sweet!). And it is better to cook it at home.
To prepare meat hash, you will need one liter of kvass, 400 grams of boiled white meat chicken, three large boiled potatoes, 200 grams of boiled cauliflower, a bunch of radishes, two eggs, a bunch of parsley, salt and 50 grams of fat sour cream.
Potatoes should be cut into cubes and combine with meat and cauliflower. Cook hard-boiled eggs and mash with a fork. Mix everything, add salt and pour kvas. Before filing a soup on the table, sprinkle with parsley and add sour cream.
