By 2021, Russian universities are planning to start issuing electronic certificates. Access to them will receive all employers, write “Izvestia” with reference to the press service of the Ministry of education.
New model issuance this year will test in five universities. In 15 higher education institutions in 2020. The diploma will be part of the digital portfolio, which will be marked all practices, sporting achievements, participation in research and training courses.
Typical technical solution for digital summary will be introduced this year on the website “Modern digital educational environment”, and then they will develop in the framework of the establishment of digital universities.
It is assumed that access to digital portfolios with the electronic diploma will be employers.
