Calgary — The Montreal canadiens have officially placed the name of the defender Shea Weber on the list of injured players on Thursday.

 

While the team was in Vancouver on Monday, Weber was sent back to Montreal because he was still bothered by an injury to a foot. Between 9 November and 16 December, Weber has missed seven of 17 games for the Canadian, including six consecutive from 21 to 30 November.

The Habs has 22 players in its formation, including the defender Brett Lernout recalled after the victory of the Rocket of Laval against the Crunch in Syracuse on Wednesday evening. The men of Claude Julien will complete their schedule before the Christmas break by facing the Oilers in Edmonton on Saturday night.
