The Pittsburgh Steelers have decided to withdraw 50% of the tickets available for campaign 2020, and this, in anticipation of possible measures of social distancing in stages.
It is the spokesman of the club of the NFL, Burt Lauten, who made the announcement on Friday during the first day of sale of individual tickets.
In 2020, the Steelers will play 10 meetings at Heinz Field, counting the preseason matchups.
The team from Pennsylvania has also stated that it will offer a full refund, “if the NFL or team cancels a match, and it can not be replayed, or if it is played in conditions which forbid supporters to attend.”
The first game at home of the Steelers is scheduled for 14 August against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
