Recipe for healing soup
— ¾ Cup fresh cherry tomatoes, washed and cut in half;
— 1 jar of canned tomato, chopped into large chunks (do not Express the juice);
— ½ Cup of vegetable stock with low salt content;
— 1 chopped onion;
— 2 finely chopped garlic cloves;
— 2 tablespoons ground turmeric;
— 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil;

— 1 tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar;
— fresh crushed black pepper to taste.
Method of preparation:
- For one minute in a small saucepan on medium heat fry the onion and garlic.
