Les rôtisseries St-Hubert announced on Wednesday that they were offering 20 000 meals for delivery and, at the same time, have made a gift of$ 100,000 and 2000 blocks away to the food Banks of Quebec.
“The initiatives announced today will help to feed the people, but, above all, to do them good, explained by way of a press release, Richard Scofield, chairman of the Group St-Hubert. It is in this context that we have had the idea of delivering comfort to thousands of people, especially to those who stand by their commitment to the company.”
The company will offer each and every day, a free meal to 100 people designated as deserving in the comments of the page Facebook of the restorer.
“The initiative will last 100 days, for a total of 10,000 meals offered. This project aims to break the isolation and, especially, to thank the citizens that stand out in these difficult times,” said the company.
Ten thousand additional meals will also be offered by the franchisees of the network in their respective communities.
The Fondation St-Hubert will give 100 000 $ and 2000 blocks away to the food Banks of Quebec, in order to help the families hit by the health crisis and economic COVID-19.
