  • Egg whites – 4 PCs.
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp
  • Sugar powder – 250 g
  • Almonds – 200 g
  • Cocoa powder – 3 tbsp
  • Bitter chocolate – 150 g
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Cream – 80 g


Vzbeyte egg whites with lemon juice until stiff. Portions stir in the icing sugar, continuing to whisk. Potrebni almonds in a coffee grinder or blender to a flour. Add the whites along with cocoa powder.

Preheat oven to 130 degrees. The resulting mass is put in a pastry bag and squeeze into the form of circles on the laid parchment baking sheet. Put in the oven for 40 minutes.

Prepare the chocolate cream. Melt the butter in a water bath and mix with dark chocolate until smooth. Allow it to cool. Whip the cream and connect with chocolate mass.

When cookie vistage, create particle pairs together, spreading the chocolate cream. Cut-out paper template of a heart, put it on cookies and sprinkle with cocoa or powdered sugar.
