The Société des traversiers du Québec (STQ) informs its clients that as of Thursday 23 April 2020, the service will resume at Tadoussac according to a schedule on a 24 hours, seven days a week.
The service will continue to be offered to a single ship and departures will take place every 60 minutes of every shore, at the hour of Tadoussac, and on the half hour from Baie-Sainte-Catherine.
The STQ may revise its service offerings on the rise thanks to the greater availability of some employees and critics, who had employment limitations related to the measures of control to the COVID-19.
On the 1st of April last, the STQ had to focus crossings to date exclusively, and this, in order to ensure the sustainability of the service. This decision was inevitable given the limited availability of operational staff.
Motorists using the crossing to Tadoussac should remain in their car during the crossing.
