The pandemic of COVID-19 force the leaders of the series IndyCar to see the Classic of the 500 Miles of Indianapolis in August 23, next.
The news has been confirmed by way of a press release on Thursday in the early afternoon.
The flagship event of the championship IndyCar racing was originally scheduled to take place on may 24.
In addition, the step of the series, which had to precede the Indy 500, on may 9, but this time on the road circuit complex in Indianapolis, has been moved to 4 July.
