The state migration service of Ukraine (SMS) has launched a new electronic service which allows you to receive advice on registration of biometric documents and to use the official electronic services migration service in interactive mode using the chat-bots for messengers Viber and Telegram, informs Rus.Media.
Chat-bot DMS will ask some questions about the individual conditions of registration of the document and will inform what documents need to bring during registration in the migration service or Central administrative services (of tspau). In interactive mode, you can receive advice on registration of biometric documents issued by LCA: ID cards, passports, and certificates for permanent and temporary residence for foreigners and individuals without citizenship.
In addition to assistance in the design, the customer can also receive messenger notifications for each new stage of registration of the document until when the document will arrive in the division for issuance.
The SMS said that the chat-bot is already 12-th e-service created by the migration service with the aim of improving the quality of administrative services and reducing corruption risks in their activities.
“Electronic services not only simplify services by citizens, but also doing the work of the migration service as transparent as possible and help to fight corruption, step by step, devaluing it, – said Maxim Sokoluk. – Because when you use the electronic services of DMS to bribe no one and nothing”
