The Committee of the European Parliament to support sanctions against Hungary

The Committee on civil liberties, justice and home Affairs of the European Parliament yesterday, 25 June, supported the launch of a sanctions procedure against Hungary in connection with the violation of fundamental EU values. Supported in 37 of the 46 members of the Committee, said that in Hungary there are problems with the independence of the judiciary, freedom of expression and the rights of migrants.
