In a bizarre series of events, the Electoral Assistance Commission (EAC) is being sued for updating its policy and allowing voting machines to include Internet access. These policy changes were discussed privately with the voting machine companies and the EAC quietly approved them without the required public debate.
We have already reported on the EAC before. Earlier this year we reported that the EAC approved certification for two audit firms within four hours of TGP reporting that the firms were not certified.

We have asked what processes the EAC went through to update the credentials of these people and re-certify them within 4 hours after the publication of our article, noting that they were not certified.
Philip Stark has a checkered past. He gave up verified voting, which would suggest he’s a nice guy.
Philip Stark elected as third and final member of Windham, NH Forensic Audit, a California mathematician who made headlines after resigning verified voting
Philip Stark is also a member of the EAC Board and was also in the news lately when he was selected to be one of three ‘auditors’ selected for the New Hampshire audit. We report the following about Stark.
It seems highly likely that the course of this audit was quietly directed by top Democratic leaders in the US Congress. Speaker of the Chamber Nancy pelosi (D) and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D), through the auditors themselves. Both Philip Stark, Ph.D. other Barbara Simons, Ph.D., the chairman of the board of Verified vote and also a member of George Soros’ elite Alliance for democracy Board, they are up to date appointed to the corrupt and the powerful United States Election Assistance Commission (EAC).
Stark was appointed by President Pelosi in 2016 and Simons was appointed by former Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D) in 2008 and was reaffirmed by the then Senate Minority, now Majority Leader Schumer.

Stark made an early outing in New Hampshire never to be seen again. It is not known how much time and effort he put into the audit and how much he was paid to be an auditor in name only. It is also not known why he left.

But now Stark is back in the news. This time he is suing the EAC, where he is a member of the board. Stark and the organization, Free Speech for People, are suing the EAC for updating the guidelines for voting machines that allow them to access the Internet.
The complaint also shares that the EAC approved the new guidelines after holding secret meetings with the voting machine manufacturers. The EAC then approved updated guidelines that allow voting machine companies to include Internet access on their machines.
Below is the full case.

The EAC doesn’t seem like an agency full of integrity, especially now after secretly updating the guidelines to allow voting machines to access the internet.
