This Thursday, December 24 is not quieter than the day before in Cagnac-les-Mines (Tarn). After the “beaten citizen”, the gendarmes launched an intervention in the rue Yves-Montand, near the house of the Jubillar family. Delphine, the 33-year-old nurse, is said to have left the home on the night of December 15-16 and was not seen afterwards.

Investigations are carried out in the house where she lived with her husband and her two children. The police have blocked access to the street in both directions, and the gendarmes are stationed near the pavilion. A criminal identification truck is parked in front of the house. Two men in white criminal identification clothes go back and forth between the truck and the house. This gendarmerie operation is carried out after the Toulouse prosecutor’s office opened a judicial investigation for kidnapping, detention or arbitrary sequestration.

Delphine Jubillar’s husband, Cédric, who took part the day before in the “beaten citizen”, left the house after the intervention of the gendarmes of the criminal identification, the hands in the pockets and cap on the head, saying “Thank you, goodbye “before leaving the neighborhood by car accompanied by a man.

In the morning, searches resumed in the village, with door to door carried out by the gendarmes. A team of six divers is responsible for excavating Lake Roucarié, north of Carmaux, and a team of investigators is in charge of the substantive work in this case.
