- Step 1st
Stand in front of the mirror. Put your right hand on the temple area on the left so that the fingers hugged the outer corner of the eye and the outer edge of the eyebrows. Press and pull the skin up. The head should not lean forward.
- Step 2nd
Staying in this position, begin to slowly tilt your head to the right, gently stretching the neck. The shoulders should stay in place.
- Step 3rd
Keeping this position, as in the previous paragraph, start to pull the tongue in the direction of the tilt of the head. Simultaneously, exhale and play the sound “ha”. Breathe in through the nose. Staying in this position, do 4 or 5 breaths, continuing to pull the language.
- Step 4th
Bring back the tongue in the mouth, relax the muscles and return to its original position. The same manipulations do on the opposite side of the head.
