This amount is 2.3 million more than what was allocated to Ukraine in 2019, the statement said Kaptur.

“At the present time when the whole world is puzzled by the politicization of the issue of financial support of Ukraine by the US administration, these new measures on the part of successive Congress give a signal about strong and powerful bipartisan support from the democratic path of Ukraine, free from Russian aggression. Congress must not allow this or any other administration again illegally detain such support,” the statement said Kaptur.
