The majority of Ukrainians (72%) opposes lifting the moratorium on land sales. This is evidenced by the results of the KIIS survey, published on Monday, October 14.Reportedly, if a referendum on the sale of land were held next Sunday, 55% of Ukrainians would vote against the sale of land, 21% – for sale, 12% would not take part in this referendum, another 12% are undecided with the opinion. Thus, if we take into account the answers of those who would participate in the referendum and decided against, would have voted 72% for and 28%.
The survey was conducted from 9 to 11 October, the CATI method (telephone interviews using a computer) based on a random sample of telephone numbers. The survey involved citizens of Ukraine from 18 years old from all areas except those that are temporarily not controlled by the government of Ukraine – Crimea, parts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. In a survey conducted 1200 interviews, the margin of sampling error with a probability of 0.95 does not exceed 3%.
Previously, KIIS survey showed that in October in comparison with September has decreased, the number of those who have a positive attitude to the activities of President Vladimir Zelensky, and ratings of the party leader “the Opposition platform For life,” Yuriy Boyko and head of the party “Fatherland” Yulia Tymoshenko has increased.
We also wrote that the Ukrainian land after lifting the moratorium will prohibit to sell the Russians.
