The other day a personal trainer socialite Melissa Alcantara gave an interview to women’s edition Women’s Health in which he told how Kim Kardashian had to work to get rid of cellulite and pump up the buttocks. According to Alcantara, Kim an hour and a half actively working on the legs and buttocks, and then moves on to exercises for back and biceps.
