The Ministry of economic development, trade and agriculture have launched a portal of public cadastral map, where are collected the results of processing of remote sensing data of land.
“The system of land monitoring allows you to see online what is happening to land use and ownership of land as it changes, where it is processed and paid the taxes”, – said the head of Ministry of Economics Tymofiy mylovanov during the presentation of the resource.
According to the Minister, the project aims to communicate with all state registries. Thus, the portal user will be able to track the value of the contracts of purchase and sale, and the state will have the opportunity to monitor the concentration of land in few hands.
As noted by the representative of the President on issues of land Roman Leshchenko, according to conservative estimates, the volume of the shadow market of the earth is about 10-12 million hectares.
“This software and hardware will allow you to see the real scale of the shadow market” – said Leshchenko.
Thus, the government expects to obtain real data about the harvest of grain, because many households serves low yields.
“Ukraine is more than 70 million tons of grain, we get to level 100, but it is hidden” – said Leshchenko.
As reported, on November 14, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in first reading bill No. 2178-10 “On turnover of agricultural lands”, which provides for the abolition from 1 October 2020 ban on the alienation of agricultural land of all forms of ownership.
The budget for 2020 provides for 4 billion UAH for financing of loans to farmers to purchase land. As said Milovanov, loans in the national currency by 3-5% per annum will be issued in the amount of up to UAH 5 billion.
