Ukrainians as of July 1 this year will be able to receive medical care in any health care facility regardless of whether they signed the Declaration with a doctor or even continue to look. About it reported in a press-service of the Ministry of health of Ukraine in Facebook.
“On behalf of some healthcare institutions are spreading false information that from 1 July this year people who did not sign the Declaration with the therapist, a pediatrician or family doctor will receive only emergency care. This fact is not true. The right to health care guaranteed by the Constitution and other laws of Ukraine. Such manipulative statements are contrary to the main principles of the transformation of health care”, — stated in the message.
The Ministry recalled that for each patient who signed the Declaration with the family doctor, the government will allocate UAH 370 using the age coefficients.
Additionally, these medical institutions will be 240 UAH for patients residing in the service area, but has not yet signed a Declaration with your doctor.
While public health institutions are only prepared to sign contracts with NCSU in the third quarter of this year to the financing of medical grants.
“Regardless of the funding mechanism, the state continues to pay for the care of every Ukrainian without medical care there will be none”, — stressed in Minzdrave.
